Refunds & Returns

Unopened, unused tubes and complete sets, within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened tubes back unless there's a problem with them.

If a tube arrives damaged, leaking or not what you ordered — opened or not — email a photo and we'll replace or refund it.

Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll reply with the return address.

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; we cover it when the problem is ours.

To your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.
